NEW YORK, NY – October 7, 2020. Luxury footwear designer Sarah Flint has partnered with historic Massachusetts-based stationery company Crane to produce two limited-edition stationery designs, just in time for the Holiday gift-giving season. Sharing a common outlook on craftsmanship and drawing inspiration from their New England roots, this collection captures the synergies between both brands, ultimately creating a product that is beautiful and functional.

The inception of the collaboration between Sarah Flint and Crane began months ago in the midst of the Covid pandemic. An avid painter, Flint was inspired to create hand-painted stationery designs she could send to loved ones to help brighten their days during quarantine. Thinking her customers may feel motivated to do the same, Flint connected with local favorite Crane who transformed her watercolor designs, inspired by the flowers in her parents’ garden, into one-of-a-kind stationery prints.

“I’ve always admired Crane’s stationery and find their designs to be so thoughtful and unique. Partnering with and supporting another Massachusetts company has been such an honor, especially since quarantining in my hometown of Buzzards Bay, MA the past seven months,” says Sarah Flint, Founder and Creative Director. “Right now, people are finding joy in the little things — and there is nothing that brings a smile to someone’s face quite like a handwritten letter. With the help of Crane’s premium paper, I am thrilled to share my watercolor designs with customers in a brand new way, helping to give them a voice and a sense of togetherness while apart from family and friends.”

The Sarah Flint x Crane stationery collaboration consists of two floral designs in Flint’s signature blue hue: whimsical Daffodils and romantic Bleeding Hearts. Each design comes as a set retailing for $45 each, complete with structured cards and matching envelopes, and is available now on both Crane.com and SarahFlint.com
